How to update the google sheets integration without changing the excel link

    Good day! I want to ask a question about google sheets integration. We recently made changes to the form, and we noticed that the google sheets form did not change. So what we did, we inserted the columns we need for the form hoping the entries will populate. However, the entries did not populate to the excel sheet.

    Is there a way for us to integrate all the new items we inserted in the form without changing the excel sheet link?

    When you add/modify any part of the integrated google sheet, the integration breaks and it will not be updated with the new submissions in your form. You will have to reintegrate Google Sheets in your form to get the new submissions updated as per your revised form.

    Do re-integrate and let us know if still, the Google sheets are not pulling data as per the changed form.
