transfer form to another account

I have created a JotForm and already published it to our website:  https://duboishonorsociety.org/events/2020-national-conference/conference-registration/

I may transferred to a different office within our organization and have other duties.  I may need to transfer the monitoring of the registration to someone else here.  Here is the form link: https://form.jotform.com/91404363437152

It's not a done deal yet, but I may need to have the instructions to do so, just in case.
