I have created a Nomination Form but at times get a message "SORRY ONLY ONE ENTRY IS ALLOWED

The reason for this error is that the Unique submission option in your Form Settings is set to "Check Cookies and IP", which will prevent multiple submission. To remove this, change the option to "No check".
