I am a web designer with several differnt clients - all of which need Registration Forms. I know I can have the data sent directly to them via email, but is there a way that either they can view just their company's results in an Excel Format via a browser (compiled over time), or is this something I could compile online for each client to send them from me?

You can share the submissions data online. Review this guide -How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page
You can also display the grid report of the submissions data within the form. Like this form http://www.jotform.com/form/11242225225
But the downside of this 2 is that you cannot filter them to show only the appropriate report data for each of the client/company you want.
The nearest solution I can think of right now is to integrate to google spreadsheet.
Once you have the form integrated to google docs spreadsheet, you can create different view versions of the resulting spreadsheet using the google docs filter functions.
Similar to the technique used on this form, you can display the google spreadsheet view instead of the grid into the form.
Then, using Condition Logic and Hidden box field, you can filter the spreadsheet being display on the form via pre-populated URL using the hidden field values.
I hope you are able to understand my suggesetion.
In any case, I will create a demo form to get a grasp of it. I will get back to you with my demo form when I have it.
