Passing a user to a new form

How do I pass a user from one form to another, without sending them emails and links?

One the user selects an option in the first question, I would like to pass them to a different form.

    Thanks!

    Hi @Jonnyk!

If I understood you correctly you want the user to be redirected to another form based on the first question that is answered?

Yes, you can use Conditional Logic to Change Thank You URL after submission and redirect people to a second form, based on what their selection was on the first form.

However, please note that each form will have its own separate list of submissions.

The user would be redirected to a second form upon completing their first form.

You can also pre-populate values on the second/nested forms based on the values from the form before, by following this guide: Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

It doesn't seem to be working. Can you help me please.

If the user selects multiple deliveries in the following form https://form.jotform.com/92165202509149

I want them to be automatically redirected to the following form https://www.jotform.com/build/92304274631149

    Thanks

We can redirect your form to another form depending on condition.

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition

However, do note the form must be submitted first before it can be redirected.

Please give it a try and let us know if this fits your requirements.

I have done this, but after they answer this question, I want them to go straight to the end and not have to complete the form. How do I do that, because it doesn't seem to be working

Also I have required fields for that form that are not necessary if the user clicks "multiple" deliveries in the first form

    Hi Jonny!

I have made a clone of your Delivery Request Form and of Multiple Deliveries Request forms. I have updated the Change "Thank You" Page condition to redirect to the clone of your Multiple Deliveries Request form upon submission (please change the URL to your own form):

I have also added the Enable/Require Field condition to unrequire all required fields if the Delivery Amount is equal to Multiple Deliveries:

I am able to select Multiple Deliveries in the Delivery Amount field on the first form, click Next, Submit the form and get redirected to the second form. Please clone my forms if you would like to see the changes I have made.

Also if I code the form into my website, can it take me to the second form without having to leave the same page and browser tab

    Hello,

You have to enable the Send on Edit option on the email notification Settings if you want the Autoresponder to be sent when the submission is edited.

    Here's the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

"Also if I code the form into my website, can it take me to the second form without having to leave the same page and browser tab"

Yes, by using the iFrame method it would let you access the second form without leaving your own website. You can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Here are other options on embedding your form to your website: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

I hope this helps, let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi,

Sorry but this is not working.

When the approval email gets sent to the "approver" I need the approval email to be sent, if approved or the denied email sent if the request has been denied.
