Can you please provide us more details on the issue you are having with the Chrome Notifier feature.
We can provide you better assistance and possibly correct the mistakes if you can describe to us the details.

There is nothing to describe. Notifier show count of new submission that is not real count of new submissions. As you can see in pictures, number shown in notifier is different with real new submissions.
In first picture - Notifier show 0, but in My Forms realy is 7.
Second picture - notifier show 7, but realy I have only 2 when I open MyForms.

As per advice on the other threads concerning the same issue, click the Notifier Icon to update the number. I am sure this works because I have tried it for many times.
I know that your main concern is that, it should autamatically get the updated numbers without clicking on the icon. With that, I have this thread forwarded to our developers so they can further check this. We'll let you know if updates will be made. For now and while waiting, I would suggest you to do my advice above.

Thank you for your feedback. The extension actually retrieves the number of new submissions from the server periodically. There is a limit to the intervals however, fastest poll rate Chrome allows is once every five minutes.
To show the count more accurately, the extension does another request to the server when you click on it. You need to click if you want faster updates than per five minutes.
Is there a problem with your extension updating the number every five minutes?
