E-Mail Address is added to the bounce list

    Hallo zusammen,

    ich bekomme beim einloggen immer diese Meldung:

    Your email is in our bounce list.
    We recently were not able to email you because your email address "juegrome@t-online.de" is in our bounce list.
    Change your Email

    Change your email address in account settings to a working email address.

    Remove From List

    If your email was added in error you can remove it from the list and they will be sent as usual.

    Obwohl ich den Button "Remove"  angeklickt habe, erscheint die Meldung beim nächsten einloggen wieder, und ich erhalte keine Mails.

    Meine Mail Adresse hat sich weder geändert, noch ist sie in irgendeiner Form nicht korrekt.

    Warum kommt diese Meldung??

    Email address is generally added to the bounce list when your Email Host flags emails sent out by our mail servers to your email address via your forms. Each Email Hosting Provider has a program that uses scripted filters to do various checks for spam, viruses, malware, spoofing, bulk mail, etc and the whole nine yards.

    So if for some reason our emails via your forms to your own email address get flagged by your Email Provider you end up getting marked as rejected and that in turn causes your email address to then be placed on our bounce list.

    It's a known issue that tends to happen more often with Custom Email Addresses. And for that and many other reasons, our developers created an option in the Settings page to allow you to check your email address and remove it if ever needed instead of waiting on us to do it for you all the time since sometimes it can occur more than once unless you whitelist us.

    If your email addresses are being constantly added to our bounce list, our best recommendation is to switch your email notifications to your own SMTP sender. The bounce messages will be processed by your mail server in this case, so the email addresses will not be added to our bounce list.
