My Google Drive Integration creates a PDF with the wrong title

I have tried to delete and remake the integration and that has not worked. When I test the form I get a PDF file with a title that does not match and the questions do not match either. 

Go to your PDF Editor and update the PDF name in the Layout Settings under the Customize tab.

That seems to have worked for changing the title.
