I don't think I did things correctly!

I have my form already on my website.

1.  how do I pay you for the service?

2.  a trial registration showed that the person was not asked to pay for their event.  What do I need to do for that to happen?

3.  I am just the "form creator", so I want communications from JotForm, but I do not want to be the recipient of all the registrations!
