Can we automatically remove booked items?

I want to create a list of 5 options and send it to 5 people.  Once a person has chosen an option I want it to disappear from the list so that the remaining 4 people have only 4 options to choose from - and so forth.  I don't want two people choosing the same option. Is that possible?

You may consider trying an Appointment Slots widget in which you can specify the items and their available quantities.

When the item is no longer available, it will be reflected in the form.
