How do I add values from a text box question into a drop down section of a configurable list widget and/or a input table?

I  would like to add inputted values from multiple text box entries into either a configurable list or input table so that a user does not have to retype the information from the textboxes. I would like to include a dropdown list if possible.

You can use configurable list widget in order to accomplish having various fields. Dropdown is one of the supported form field of configurable list widget. Below you can find the configuration of dropdown at configurable list.
