Hi,
I've been having this issue regarding tags from Jotform not reflecting in Active Campaign (AC) under Integration Menu.
Our Jotform is connected / integrated with our AC account. The tags should reflect but it's not.
I have already reached out to AC chat support and they tested the form but still getting same negative results.

Please also see the attached screenshot of our AC profile that has empty tags and lists. It's been more than 5 hours but still no data present.Could you please check if there are any data logs on what you're sending out from your platform?

Can you please try to reintegrate the form to your Active Campaign to refresh the connection?

I tried what you suggested me to do. Still, there are no tags added. It
actually added to a list and got the Program custom field on AC filled out
but no tags at all, that's the issue as we need those tags to appear on AC.
I've given it somehow over 20 minutes for the tags to appear but to no
avail. Please see the screenshot below:

I cloned your form and integrate it into our Active Campaign. However, the integration works fine and the tags appear in AC, please check my screenshot below.
Can you please try cloning your form and see if the integration will work as expected there?
