I've now had several instances of files not being added to the linked dropbox account. sometimes one or two files will not be added, sometimes a folder is never created and none of the files are transfered. i would love some help.

I have sent a test submissions with your form on your blogspot page with 15 images files attached. Can you please check and provide us a screenshot on the result for the to confirm the issue? I was unable to reproduced the problem but we'd like to confirm and check this further.
Also, please try to remove the integration once and re-integrate your form again to Dropbox. See if this makes a difference.

This is a great example of what occasionally happens. But this weekend there was a submission that didn't make it to the dropbox at all. But as you can see not all 15 files made it in.

As advice, please try to re-integrate your form to Dropbox. See if that will fix the issue. If not, please let us know so we can forward this to our developers.
You can also download the files from your form submissions page. Just in case you need to retrieve the missing uploaded files.
