I run a regular free event which my clients are invited. However I do need to know who is coming in inform security who is coming to the building and when and what the car park requirements are.
Am I able to collate this information in Jot forms and even email a list of everyone registered for a particular event?

You can collect all the information you mentioned.
1- You can use the "Full Name" form element to collect your clients' names who are coming to the event to inform security. Also, it gives you who is coming to the building.
2- You can also ask them whether they are coming to the event with a car or not. You can use the "Single Choice" form element to do it. It will give you an idea of how many car park area is required.
3- Also you can set up an Autoresponder E-mail. Follow the instructions to do this;
A- Click SETTINGS at the top of the Form Builder.B- Next, click EMAILS on the left nav.
C- Click the + icon.
D- Then, select AUTORESPONDER EMAIL.
You can arrange your autoresponder mail by doing it. For further information about autoresponder e-mails, please visit the following link;
