Hi, I am wanting the subject line to be altered if a form is submitted after a specific time (so it is flagged the following day)
Eg if form submitted time > 16:30, add ***** to the start of the subject line.
I can create a time field, and a short text box (which could be the first part of the subject line), but I can't use rules to insert '*****' when time > x.
Is there a way of achieving this or a workaround? -

Yes, there is a workaround and it is possible. In order to do this, first you should add a Time field and a Short Text Entry field. You should set the Default Time of the Time field to Current. You should also set the default value of the Short Text Entry to something like "This is a title before 16:30". Then you should hide both fields and create a condition.
The condition should look like this:
Then you should just add the Short Text Entry field to the title of the autoresponder or notification.
So, your form will calculate the value of the Short Text Entry field according to the time and then display this field in the title of the autoresponder or notification.
Please give it a try and let us know, how it works for you.
We will wait for your response

Thanks that looks perfect, very much along this lines of how I thought it would work. Have put it in a form and will test very shortly!

Yes it works fine, at first it didn't but then I found it did not work if the clock was in 24h format.
Many thanks!
