Problem with signature

    Hello! I don´t know why - but the signature is not visible...a client is trying to send me the disclaim but the signature is on it...what can be the cause for this? She tried it twice now without success....

    To clarify, the E-signature widget is not showing in the email content or the E-signature is not showing in the form?

    May we know if your form is embedded to a web page?If yes, can you please share to us?

    May we know know also the web browser your form user is using?
