Browser Issues

    We have customers who say they are submitting the form, but we are not receiving these. We ran a test and had no issue. Are there particular browsers that aren't as compatible with your system? Can people submit from their phones? 

    We are trying to determine why we aren't receiving submissions.

    The form should work with all web browser's and it is mobile friendly.

    May we know if your form is embedded to a web page? If yes, can you please share the web page URL?

    May we know if the user receives an error when the form is submitted?

    May we know if the form user received an autoresponder email?
