Problems with conditional behavior

I am trying to create a form that has conditions to show fields depending upon a button selection.

In Student #1 the fixed and per lap buttons reveal certain fields

In Student #2, I have created the same conditional logic but the Fixed pledge field is showing when the page is loaded and when I click the per lap button for Student #2 it hides the Fixed Pledge field but the other fields are not appearing.

I have taken the time to look through your form and would suggest that you hide those fields by default in order to keep them hidden when the form is loaded.

Thereinafter, you could consider setting conditions that permit the said fields to only show up upon the anticipated selections.
