Why is credit card payment not working for some people?

We are taking registrations for a conference. I have now had 5 submissions come in who were unable to submit credit card information , and 2 submission that, despite repeated attempts, won't come in at all. At the same time, I have had several successful submissions, however none with the credit card (credit card submissions were working fine before and nothing has changed as far as I know).

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I checked your form and your Stripe Payment integration and it's configured properly. Are you facing this issue on the standalone form or on the webpage you have embedded?

Could you please provide the webpage URL you have embedded the form if this issue encounters on your webpage?

Also, is there an error your user received when they tried to submit the form and pay by credit card? If yes, Can you please send it to us?

Thank you for your reply. I have not got the URL or a the form embedded in a webpage, rather sent the link out to our members via email. I have cut and pasted the relevant part of the email, which has been for the most part successful until the last two weeks.

    Good afternoon all!

Registration for the Fall Leadership Gathering is now live. Please register online at https://form.jotform.com/91886554904268

Early bird registrations before September 1, 2019 are eligible for $25.00 discount.

There have been no error messages, but I did understand that the cursor would not work over the credit card area of the forms.

I am not sure what is going on with the failed submissions.

We can't make a test submission to test your form because the amount in your payment field is big. To clarify, the user can't enter credit card information in your form?

If you want, you can add a product worth $0.01 to your payment field so we can test submit it using a live credit/debit card.

I have added a $0.01 test product to the form. and you are correct, the user has been unable to add credit card information to the form.
