Issue with scheduling a form

    Hello,

    I've been wanting to schedule a form for one of my clients but when I click on the Email tab of the Publish section and then click schedule a reminder I'm faced with a blank screen. It's been this way for a week at least now (I've been checking summarily) and I submitted feedback from the Publish tab but received no response.

    I've checked another form I've made and the function works with that, just not with this one.

    As I check your form, I see that there is already an email reminder set on the form. If you are still experiencing the issue, please try logging in to a private/incognito window and see if you are able to set the reminder.
