How can I create a redirect?

We created a form that we just moved under another user. Unfortunately some people got a link to the form before it was moved, and I'd like to see how we can have the old link redirect to the new link?

If the Form link was not using a custom URL  then the form link would still work.

However, if it was using a custom URL, you would have to send your form users the new form link.
