Can we limits options for electing US states in Address field?

Our business can only make appointments with physicians we are contracted with in certain US states. Is there a way to limit the states that can be selected, or input, on a form by removing those states as an option? For example, out of the 50 US states, I do not want users to be able to select Ohio and Illinois from the drop-down.

We do not have an option to limit the US states in the Address field. You may consider using the regular fields instead of the Address field. So that you will be able to add your custom list of states to the Dropdown field (for example):
