Account suspended

I'm trying to loggin with my account but there's a note of account suspended. Please, could someone help me? I use to have an important form but I do not have more access.

You're using Greening islands logo, but your account is under Gmail email, if you're eligible you should use a corporate email address.

If not, all logos will have to be removed from your forms.

 Hi Nik, I undestand that. I'm the marketing coordinator of the Greening the Islands and I've created the form using Gmail by a mistake. The problem is that I can't even access the form, not even access my account. When I try to login a message of "Login failed - SUSPENDED" popup. How can I access my Form if I can't access my account?
