Why was my account suspended?

    I am emailing to figure why my account has been suspended. Could you please help.

    I checked your account and the Travel Payment Authorization form is collecting sensitive information.

    As per our terms of use, you're not allowed to collect sensitive information using JotForm. 

    We need to delete the form or the guilty fields if you want us to activate your account back to good status.

    I’m sorry about that. Yes, please delete guilty fields. I thought it was
    allowed cause someone I know has a website that does this. reinstatenow.com
