Hello,
With the look of your account currently, you seem not to be enabled to receive any emails from us. Should find a need to stop receiving emails from JotForm, you could Turn Off All JotForm Emails on your Account Settings page. Kindly log into your account, go to support.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and check the Turn off All JotForm Emails.
