Unable to see the Thank you page after filling out the form.

Hi there 

2 people have reported glitches. 

1 said they did not get a confirmation page so they were not sure it went through, so they filled out a duplicate form. 

The other said that it submitted when she was only half way through filling out the form.

She tried to do it again but it wouldn't let her. 

Please advise on how to correct this asap!

I cloned your form 83368769759179 and performed a test submission. However, I am not able to replicate any issue. I was able to fill the whole form and see the Thank You page.

Could you please confirm that you are referring to the same form? Also, if you have embedded the form in any website - please share the URL of the web page.
