If one of my team member leaves the company, will they be able to access the account?

    if I use this service for my sales team what if one of them leaves - how do I prevent them from accessing the forms and sending out fraudulent reports etc? Will I have admin features to remove/shut off their account?

    Anyone with the login credentials of the account can edit the forms and access all the admin features. The only way to prevent them from accessing the forms is by changing the login credentials of the account.
