Issues with filling out one of my forms

    Hello,  i have a new client who has been trying to fill out a form for me and she has reported it as working very slow and taking a long time to load/save information she ins inputting.  I haven't had this issue in the past.


    Can you advise if there has been any issues at your end please?

    I have checked the form you linked in your last and I didn't encounter any issue loading it. The form loaded smoothly as soon as I have accessed the link on a Google Chrome browser in Windows 10.

    May we know what type of device your new client used to access your form, please? Was your form accessed directly from the link you shared? Or, was it from the website where the form is embedded? Would it be possible for you to ask your client to access your form using a different browser and/or device?
