Form over quota

Hi, just checked that i have reached my monthly subscription quota

I have been running traffic to my landing page connected to jotform last 24 hrs, does that mean i lost most of my subscribers as my account has been disabled?

As per checking, you're account is still scheduled to be suspended within the day (please note that due to timezone difference, your account can be suspended any time of the day).

As of now, your form is still accessible by you and your users. You can also still see your submissions.

However, once the account is suspended, your account/form/submissions will still be kept by us but you will no longer have access to them unless you upgrade your account to a higher plan, or when the monthly limit gets reset, which will happen every first of the month.
