Label text not showing on form when embedded.

Hello,

Caption text on my form is not showing up. 

In the editor I have caption text above the fields. When going to the live site (which is through an iframe in wix) those caption texts are not showing. 

Is there a toggle to turn this on and off? And how do I get it to turn on.\

This is happening on two of our forms for our powerlikes page.
