Error with my clients survey picture links

pictures that clients are linking on my forms are not opening or working the last few days 

Are you facing the issue when you try to view the pictures from the notification email or the submission page as well?

If you are not able to view images only in the notification email, please go to accounts settings page and untick Require log-in to view the uploaded files option. Alternatively, make sure that you logged into your account when you try to open the images.
