I'm trying to downgrade to the Starter Plan, but I can't. I see that many people have had this issue and have had to contact you directly to have this done.
The reason I need to downgrade is that I no longer need to provide this service for my client, and only need it for my small business.
I do have one question on the space on the Starter plan. It is indicated as "0,1 GB" (with a comma.) Is this actually ".1 GB" or "1 GB"? This actually would make a difference as to whether or not I downgrade.
If it is .1GB, please do not downgrade me yet--if it is 1GB, please do go ahead and downgrade me.
Can you please assist? Right now, I am paying monthly through my PayPal account.
Just FYI: I have the same issue that the others have: both the "downgrade" and the "switch plan" areas are grayed out, and do not function.
My user name is cheldear, and my email address associated with my account is firstname.lastname@example.org.
I do plan on upgrading again should my client need these services. I promise! Please don't hesitate to contact me should you need additional information.

The upload space for Starter plan is .1 GB or 100 MB.
Please see this thread for downgrading.

Thanks so much for your very quick reply. And thank you for answering my question regarding the "0,1 GB" ambiguity.
Interestingly, I had just done the steps for the PP solution!
I have a feeling I will be upgrading back to the paid plan soon, but I need to downgrade for just a month or so.

I have cancelled and your account is now scheduled to downgrade on April 4
