    We have a problem with updating the plan, from bronze to silver - monthly charge.

    Hi,

    I apologize for the inconvenience, can you try it again? Based on the screenshot you shared I think you were timed out or logged out from your account. 

    I can see that you posted a different thread with the same issue. If the problem still persists please try to use a different browser or clear your browser's cache and cookies. 

    Let us know if the issue still persists.
