Bom dia, como faço para ativar o seletor de parcelas para pagamento via PagSeguro, isso deve ser uma opção basica pois nem todo mundo quer pagar a vista. Contratei a plataforma para isso e me parece nao ter a opção..

Do you want to have a recurring payment option, the user should be able to pay in installments? If so then you can configure the products using "Sell Subscription"

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

I understand, but the model you demonstrated is with Paypal, and I need to use PagSeguro, and pagseguro configuration in your system does not have this recurring payment option to configure.

And one thing is recurring payment, another thing is my customer pay 12x installments in credit card for example, then I can anticipate these values ..

    Hi @fredericofscholl,

Unfortunately, Sell Subscription feature is not yet available with PagSeguro.

Let me escalate this as a feature request to our developers. I may not able to provide you a timeframe as to when or will it be implemented, but you'll be informed on this thread as soon as updates are available.

Meantime, you can use PayPal or other payment integrations to meet the requirement.

What a damage ... such a basic payment method with no options so you don't even have to offer it.

I would like to cancel my account and recover the amount paid, because the system does not serve me, is it possible?

We do understand. A feature request has already been forwarded to our developers to look for possibilities to add the said option.

Regarding your cancellation request, I can see that you have used PayPal to pay for the subscription. In case you would like to cancel it, please follow these steps:

    1. Login to your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you made to us

    3. Click on your subscription number

    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button

Once done, please let us know on this thread so we could process the refund from our end.

Hello, right thanks, I made the cancalemanto next to paypal, now I await the refund.

I really am interested in using the forms platform with pagseguro, as long as it suits me. When you have this option that we discuss available do you let me know?

Noted on that. Your refund request has been queued for processing. Once processed, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your PayPal account.

Regarding the feature request ticket, rest assured that we'll let you know on this thread as soon as it gets available.
