Not receiving email notifications or autoresponders

    I’m having a couple of different issues:
    1. I have a form set up to send an automatic response with a PDF attachment with each submission. This auto-reply email is not being sent to be people who fill out the form. I know this because they used to show up in the outbox of the person who we listed as the email sender but it is no longer showing up. Also, I shared the jotform link with someone and had them fill out their info but they never got the auto-response or PDF. See screenshot below: form is Called Investor – Google Ads and you can see the auto reply set up.
    1. Also, I have a jotform that is supposed to email us with new submissions. You can see below I have the alerts set up, however, I’m not getting any emails with new submissions.

    It looks like that you have attached the screenshot to the reply email. Please note that the images attached to the reply email cannot be posted back to the forum post. However, I have checked the form and see that the email notification and autoresponder are set correctly. 

    As I check the email history log, the emails are being sent normally from our end. However, the email autoresponder seems to be set to send using SMTP sender email address. You may check for the SMTP sender email settings from the account settings if something has changed.
