Can forms be saved by the sender then reused?

Hi, I have outside sales people who utilize my forms while on appointments. They submit a form when initiating a project. They want to know if they can save and reuse forms over again so they don't have to continue to fill in the same information over again. Or, can the information be saved in memory somewhere so when they start to type, it just pops up?

You can enable the Continue Forms Later option in the Form Settings so that will automatically save the form's data locally (browser local storage) for up to 24 hours. For more information, please check this guide: How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms.

You can also prepopulate fields via URL parameters. You can use this app called Field Prepopulator.

If you want to do it manually, please check this guide: Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters.

You may also use the Spreadsheet to Form widget that allows you to upload an Excel file with data that will prepopulate the form fields based on a unique code. I recommend you to check this detailed user guide: How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget.

Lastly, you can use a third party Google Chrome Extension like AutoFill. Please take note that this is a third party app/extension and we cannot assist you if you encounter a problem with it.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
