Is there a way that repeat entries can be added without filling out the whole form?

We are using JotForm as a tool to collect team entries for a bocce league. There are three seasons each year. Is there any way we can enable a capo to simply re-enter the team he submitted last season?

The form fields can be prepopulated by using the URL parameters. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.

If you are already having the data received to one of the forms, you may export it to Excel and generate the new form URLs by prepopulating the fields and use mail merge to send the links. Please see the screencast below:
