How can I set up my order form to allow people to select multiple size and quantities for the same product?

I am able to select quantity, color, and size for each product.  However, that only allows my customers to select multiple quantities for only one size and color.  I would like to be able to allow my customers to select multiple quantities for a variety of sizes and colors for each product.

I have figured out a solution by creating multiple products for each color and using each size as a product option with the quantities 0-10 as the dropdown options to select for each size, but this makes it impossible to subtotal prices and it doesn't allow for payment.

    Thanks for your assistance.

    Hello Renae,

The subtotal will only appear when there is a quantity selector. Your current product items are configured with custom product options.

As for the payment part, you are using our Purchase Order tool. It is a type of product setup without an actual payment. You have to change the PO tool to your preferred payment gateway to collect payment online. Just delete PO, and add Paypal, for example. Your Product Items are saved for you, so you do not need to add them once you add the new payment gateway.

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I know that my product items are configured with custom product options.  I had to configure it this way, because I cannot figure out how to allow customers to choose multiple colors and sizes for each product. As evidenced in the bottom "Short Sleeve T-Shirt" item, I would only be able to select quantity for one color and one size.  I have some customers who will be purchasing several sizes in the same t-shirt, possibly in several different colors.

I'm sorry, I thought you have set up the form to be like that, and that is your final product settings.

Your form is now configured with Sub Product Options. You can keep the form that way, one product item for color, so customers can input quantities and sizes for each color.

You may also consider removing colors and move them as another product option - in this case, the colors. That is to shorten the product list. However, this will not accomplish your requirement since people can only choose 1 color for 1 size. You may consider advising people to submit the form again for another variation.
