How to save a client returned form as a PDF?

Hello, I'm trying to save a client-returned form as a pdf but I can't do so directly.  Nothing happens when I click on the "pdf" option.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to try downloading a PDF document for the submission received? If so, please let us know the form and the submission that you are trying to download the PDF report. Also, let us know how you are trying to download the PDF report so that we can check and assist you further.

If I go to Jotform submissions and then on Pre-consultation Canine
Behavioral History Form, I have the option to save as a pdf file, print,
reply, or forward. If I select "pdf", it doesn't do anything. It doesn't
open/save as a pdf.

I have tried clearing the form caches and it seems that resolved the issue. I am able to see that Download PDF is working normally in the submissions view. If the issue still persists, could you try using the PDF editor for the form and try downloading the PDF report?
