I cannot find the forms I created

    You have three forms in your account, the following:

    https://www.jotform.us/form/92324769232157 (Course Registration Form)

    https://www.jotform.us/form/91276702808158 (Application for Credit Restoration)

    https://www.jotform.us/form/92148064651154 (Business Credit Builder Application)

    If there are missing forms, please let us know the URLs. We will trace them for you and move them to your account. I suspect you have created the forms on a guest account or another account.

    The credit restoration and business credit builder are the forms. But when I click it says error. How can I access it?

    Yes, these forms are currently disabled in your account. You probably set a limit before. You can enable the forms through the settings. Please refer to the below guide:

    I created them under my email timariojennifer@gmail.com. My company name is Stockton Hills. What url are you referring to.

    I figured you have the forms on your Archive folder. I moved them on your My Forms folder. All good now.

    You can get the form URL from inside the form and share it with the customer.

    Go to your MY FORMS page, select the form and click on Edit Form.

    Once the form is opened, go to the Publish page, copy the form URL/link and you can either Share the form using the Share form button or Share via Email as shown below.
