Some users report that they receive an error message when inputting their credit card information. This is probably user error.
The challenge is when they go back to the form, then they have lost the information input previously. The information is not saved as an incomplete payment, either.
Is there a setting in which information can be saved if the credit card information is declined?

Wen there are errors with the payment info, the data is not saved so it's not possible to view the info on the submissions page. However, to have the info saved you may try enabling the autofill feature on your form, this guide will help you doing so: https:/www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms
