Unique Code not showing up?

Another glitch -- the unique code is not appearing yet it is on the template. This is needed to populate a unique code for each submission. Thanks!

The unique ID field is hidden in the form and it is not visible when previewing, that's default behavior and it is designed that way. The code will be visible in submissions only (when your users submit the form).
