how can i follow creator history on my forms

    Hi @SEOKState!

    If I understood your request correctly you can follow your own form creation by accessing the form's Revision History. 

    If you were referring to being able to see who has changed or edited the form when using the Collaboration then, unfortunately, this is not possible.
