I have a medical form

I've have a new patient medical form that needs to be compliant.  When they submit the form it needs to go to square to update the client account.  How do I make this happen?

In order to make the form HIPAA Compliant, you will need to upgrade your account to HIPAA. Please follow the guide below to achieve this.

If I understood correctly you want for the patient to be directed to Square in order for them to update their account? If that is what you want to do you can change the thank you page to direct them to the external link.

There is a special condition for redirecting to different "Thank you pages", In this form for every 
different selection on the multiple question box redirects the user to different pages after clicking "Submit"

You can create your own conditions Settings -> Conditions. Then, select Change thank you page and set
up the condition as you need. You can put the URL's you want in this condition and it'll redirect your user's
after they click the submit button.
