Getting an error 404 when trying to view a Jotform on my computer.

    When I try to open a jot form on my computer (in either chrome or mozilla), I get a 404 error. 

     

    However, if I open it up on my phone it works just fine. 

     

    Thoughts?

    Are you referring to this form https://www.jotform.us/form/92326738759169? I can view it without issues on my Chrome and Firefox browser. Can you please confirm if you are still having an issue viewing this form on your end?

    I can see it on my phone but not on my computer. Do you know what could be
    blocking it? (On an apple)

    Kindly try incognito mode (if using Chrome) or private browsing (if using Firefox).

    Apologies for any inconvenience.

    May we know what operating system do you have with your computer, please? (Mac, Windows, etc.)

    If there is an antivirus or firewall set in your computer, may we ask that you try disabling those first and then try to access the form again

    Also, have you tried connecting your computer to a different internet connection?

    Aha! That was it. It was my secure vpn that was blocking it.
