Notification rules not being updated in form

    I've updated the e-mail notification rules for my form, but Jotform is still sending out e-mail notifications according to it's previous settings. Specifically, I've changed the recipients of the notification for the "Artwork Request" e-mail, but it's still going to old recipients that I've removed from the recipient list. Any help would be appreciated!

    If you are trying to change the email recipient in the email notification settings

    but there is a condition associated with that email notification

    It will still be sent to the email address set in the condition if the condition is met.

    I would suggest that you change the email recipient in the condition instead of the email recipient in the email notification settings for your form.
