If I need to use this for 3 months every year, what plan should I select?

Looking to use Jot form for a trade show, but only need it for 3mths every year, What is the best way to set it up.

We would suggest you to upgrade to monthly paid plan, so you can downgrade to free plan when you don't require the usage and limits of a paid plan.
