I have 2 active accounts - please advise

    I have 2 subscriptions active and need to have the bronze canceled so that my silver membership is the active account. Right now the system is telling me that im limited n forms i can create because of the bronze account

     

    Please let me know how i can get the credit ive been billed on the monthly bronze and please let me know how i can move the silver account to myt account that is recognized so that I can keep building forms

    Currently I can see your account with username atypedata is the one having the Silver subscription.

    Can you please login to your other account then reply to this thread and request to cancel your Bronze membership.

    What I would suggest is, since you don't need the other account

    - we can move your forms from the Bronze account to atypedata

    - then cancel the Bronze subscription

    - lastly, we can delete that account so you only have one account to maintain

    Please advise if you like to perform such actions so that we can process your request.
