I have a registration form embedded on my churches website (http://almontretreats.com/camp/registration/online.html). The form is not currently showing up on the site, I believe because I am over the 100 submissions per month limit. There are not actually over 100 submissions - just certain of the same submissions are repeated 3 to 8 or so times.
The direct link to the form is here:
Are the submissions being repeated because the form is too long and it is taking too long to upload the responses, so the submitter tries to submit multiple times? How can I fix this?

Thank you for contact Jotform Support Forum.
It seems you have exceeded your submission limit having your form disabled. If you wish to avoid repeated submission by the same user, please set the Unique Submssion to Strict Check. By setting the Unique submission to Strict check, your form will only accept submission per IP' Address.
To configure your unique submission setting, click and select the Setup & Embed then click the Preferences Icon. After clicking the Preferences Icon, the preferences window will open up; Click and select the Form Limits and select Strick Check in the Unique Submission dropdown.
If you need further assistance, please contact us again.

Thanks for answering so quickly, Jefrey. This is for a Family Camp and I don't think I can use Strict Check since I expect most users will be entering themselves and then the rest of their family. I need a form for each person, especially the children who need to have their medical information on file.
Is there another way to restrict the entries, or perhaps (if it is the length of the form that is making it take too long to submit) a way to set it up so it will submit faster? Or to not have duplicate enteries count toward my limit of 100 submissions since a large part of them are duplicates and not actual submissions? If I delete the extra entries and have under 100 will the form come back online?

We already have duplicate check feature, it's called "Unique Question". Persons who submitted twice entry on a specific field will trigger an error and it will not be submitted.
Here's how to set Unique Question. How to set Form Limits Based on a Unique Question
And, here's how to edit 'Error Message'.
Feel free to message us if you have further questions. Thanks!

This is great - I think the Unique Question setting will do the job. Thank you for suggesting it!
What about the duplicate submissions I already have? Will deleting the copies put me under the 100 submission limit and get my form back online?

Were you able to delete the duplicate submission from your account?

Deleting some submissions you currently have will not lower your submission counter but it frees up your storage quota. You will need to wait for the monthly reset to refresh your submission counters. You can also upgrade your account and this enabled your forms again if you already reached your 100 submission limit. Please see our paid plans.
