Question about monthly vs. yearly prices?

    If I was to purchase a JotForm account using using the monthly pricing (for one month), would I still be able to log onto JotForm to access my collected forms after that month ended, if I didn't pay for a new month?

    First off, kindly note that since JotForm is a subscription-based service this will be automatically renewed and charge on the payment method in file, if you want to prevent the renewal, you will need to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. 

    Now, when you're downgraded to the free plan, you are affected by the storage limit which limits free accounts to store only the latest 500 submissions, this is a global counter and if you exceeded this limit the overlimit submissions will be deleted, they can be recovered by upgrading your account.
